Ownership of Your Website
Your website, domain and hosting are yours: the hosting and domain are always registered in your name.
Full rights to the final site files transfer to you when the final payment is made. [CONFIRMAR] You keep all rights to the content, photos and logo you provide.
Our Lifetime Code Guarantee
We fix, at no cost and for the life of your site, errors caused by the code Ethos wrote.
The guarantee does not cover heavy maintenance, major changes to the site's structure, changes made by you or third parties, or problems caused by your hosting provider or other services. [CONFIRMAR exclusions]
No Guaranteed Rankings or Results
No one controls Google, ChatGPT or other search and AI tools, so we do not guarantee rankings, recommendations or a number of leads.
Results we share from past clients are real and are not typical or promised; results vary by city and competition.
Care Plan
The Care Plan is optional and costs $250 per month, billed in 30-day cycles.
- It includes hosting management (SSL, DNS), backups, uptime monitoring, small edits [CONFIRMAR: up to 1 hour per month], a monthly indexing check, messages and up to 2 video calls per month.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current 30-day cycle, which must be completed; the plan simply does not renew. There are no partial refunds.
- Your site and hosting stay yours and online when the plan ends.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the material you give us and for the claims made about your business.
- You confirm you have the rights to the text, photos and logos you send us.
- You keep your business information accurate, including licenses your state may require you to display.
- You pay your hosting and domain providers directly.
Third-Party Services
Our work uses services such as hosting providers, Google, Zoom and WhatsApp, each with its own terms.
We are not responsible for outages, price changes or policy changes made by those providers.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
This website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Ethos is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid for it. [CONFIRMAR LEGAL]
