Deacon Pointe at Twin Lakes Community offers a social model of Assisted Living for residents who would benefit from a supportive environment with assistance from licensed staff. Assisted Living residents receive three meals a day in their dining room, weekly housekeeping and linen service, and staff supervision. The full and varied calendar of life enrichment events afford daily opportunities to fulfill all dimensions of wellness thus allowing residents to make the most of their days. In addition, Deacon Pointe residents enjoy all the advantages of being part of the Twin Lakes Community including access to campus amenities such as our indoor pool, fitness center, chapel, library and additional dining venues. Surpassing the physical facilities and amenities, the greatest strength of Deacon Pointe for all residents is the dedicated and supportive team of professional caregivers. Also located in Deacon Pointe are the TLC Home Care Agency, Cygnet’s Cove shopping kiosk, The Cove Salon and Therapy Gym as well as our lakeside porch. There are thirty-six private apartments in Deacon Pointe.

Each apartment is designed with all the touches expected in a well-appointed residence including a main living area, kitchenette, separate bedroom and full bath. Residents are encouraged to make their homes personal and attractive with their own furniture and decorative ideas.
