Veterans have a large presence at Twin Lakes and are honored by those who live and work here. Recently, one of them, Colonol Norman McDaniel was interviewed by ABC’s David Muir. Norm, along with three other POWs from Vietnam, shared some of their experience of being held prisoner along with their joyous return to the USA. Norm was reunited with nearly 200 more prisoners of war as part of an event held at the Richard Nixon Presidential Library. The interview can be seen here.
